Crappy TV promos and fantastic weather

It’s beginning to look even more like Christmas
And you know this because:
1. There are more and more crappy TV promos on TCS 5 advertising old sitcoms and “Channel of the Year” awards
2. It’s cool enough to walk through Orchard Road from the outside, instead of through the malls
3. There are queues at cashiers everywhere
4. Robinsons, Ikea and other department stores open till 11pm
5. The newspapers are filled with cosmetic ads
Except for #1, everything else is cool.
After Survivor: Pearl Islands ends, there will officially be nothing on TCS 5 to watch. But hey, there’s always Central!
Time Crisis-ed!
Yay! KF and I finished Time Crisis 2 yesterday! Of course we spent about $5 each on our mission. But way cool, we finished it in 1 sitting, even after shooting the stupid hostage a couple times. I love Time Crisis. Yeah! Next – Time Crisis 3.
We’ve been hanging out at arcades a fair bit lately, and sadly (or not depending on how you look at it) the one with the best machines are at Bugis Junction. It works out great when we’re at work, but it kinda sucks on weekends. They’ve a bunch of shoot-em-ups, like Time Crisis 2 and 3, World Combat (a favourite with the gang at the office – You are the leader! *salute*) and Crisis Zone (I think this is the one that’s like Time Crisis, except it’s only 1 player and you use a machine gun).
