I don’t know what it was about the place, maybe we were the last few people there for the day, maybe it was so far removed from life, on top of the hill right where the statue was I felt the nicest sense of peace and optimism. I have to say that it was also a relief since the journey there was a pretty long one. But I had such a good time.

I really enjoyed my trip to Hong Kong this time around. Probably because we found our way around and just tried to try everything.

And also because there was stuff I wanted to get, and running around to get it was fun. My only grouse was that I didn’t manage to find someplace that had a Guan Gong exactly the way I wanted, and I didn’t buy enough trinkets.
