It’s been raining a lot. It’s also been dripping a lot in my room. The aircon pipe is probably clogged again. Which annoys me to no end, because the dripping won’t stop.
Because they’re connected, the aircon in my dad’s room is leaking also. Even though it’s not getting any use. That’s also pissing me off.
I’ve been wondering why I feel so tired lately. It’s like I’m on the edge of falling ill – lethargic, on-and-off runny nose, fatigue – and I’ve managed to stave off the symptoms for a week or two, but I don’t feel 100% still. I wonder if the weather is contributing to this. A few weeks ago it was so hot. And now it can’t stop raining it feels like December.
I love December weather. The rain is inconvenient, but it makes rest of the month nice, cool, breezy and crisp. It’s a lovely feeling. I think in my mind there is already a pavlovian response to weather like this. To me, it signals the end of the year, time to kick back, relax a little before carrying on with the rush of the year ahead, and so the half of my mind that is tired and wants to take a break gets to do it.
Funny how weather messes around with your mind.
