Turning 30 isn’t quite what I expected. Mostly because I wasn’t really expecting anything. As a kid, I didn’t project life after 26. That was when the rest of it would happen, right? The dream husband, house, car, job and kids. All I thought about was getting out of school.
As I got closer to graduating – finally – all I could focus on was getting my first job. And then the next.
And then the dream one.
When I finally snagged my dream job at my dream organisation the time just flew by. And before I could say Internet Superhighway here I am, five birthdays later.
I’ve spent the most birthdays in this organisation. It’s a creepy thought, but I’m really glad I spent it doing what I did, with the folks who who let me hang around, harrass, irritate, annoy, photograph, prank them each step of the way. It’s been a roadtrip!
Thank you guys. Love!
