I can’t tell you how much I hate DBS!
Despite my desperate act of cancelling my credit card with them in a bid to sever ties with them, they just won’t get the message! They called me, on my cell phone. Long distance.
At 2am my time.
Just to verify that I’m cancelling the card.
I told the guy, look I don’t quite give a crap, I’m sleeping. Please don’t call back ever.
He replied, this will only take a minute.
I have no words to describe the frustration I feel.
