I will be the pattern of all patience; I will say nothing.

Been meeting friends for lunch here and there. It’s amazing what they’re up to now. It’s always weird when I find out friends from a specific network in my life (e.g: school friends) meet friends from another network (e.g: work). It’s a little spooky – but so very small-islandy. Entertaining, but a little disturbing knowing that people find out a little more each time. To set things even I always feel an obligation to get even – sometimes probably pre-emptively – by sharing a little trivia about another network to specific network.

In other news: today while heading to meet Justice-League-of-the-Big-Why-cartoons Tan and Pok, I escalatored past Utt, who is still pretty gorgeous. Sweet treat.

More fervent eating ensues tomorrow, with lunch and tea slots taken. Still need to pick up some contact lenses and miscellany. Wanted to get a set of Kyocera ceramic knives (yes, because I cook sooooooo much*) – good thing I checked it out onnet first, they retail it online and even have a sharpening service. How neat is that?

* – ok, ok so I don’t. But I like good cutlery in the event that I actually do set out to cook.
