Caught it this evening and I liked it, but I’m partial to dark films. I like when the hero gets beaten up and smacked around. In fact, I’ve a feeling I’m going to like Quantum of Solace even more. How could you not love a movie with a title like that? Anyway.

The only issue I had with it was it seemed a little rushed at the end. Perhaps I was expecting a whole lot, but he didn’t even seem very beat up when you know, at the end, when Rachel gets blown to smithereens. Harvey Dent was all bent outta shape over it, but Batman was cool as a cucumber. No?
Anyway. Movie gets a 7/10 from me, I kind of liked the first one better. Yes, Heath Ledger did an outstanding job. But I really wanted to watch a Batman movie. Not a Joker movie. That joker didn’t just steal the headlines, he stole the show. Ooh, and it was kinda cute watching a Singaporean on the movie, who speaks Mandarin like a typical ACS boy. It’s a long way from Masters of the Sea!!!
Caught a trailer of Burn After Reading and I so want to watch it. Coen Brothers movies are just too funny to pass up on. They’re the juggernaut, b*tch!
